Karaoke Lounge Policies
Thanks for helping us keep Black Parakeetz fun, safe, and memorable for everyone.
Ages & Hours
- Ages 7+ welcome for Children’s & Teen sessions (Sat–Sun, 12–5 PM; weekdays by request).
- After 6 PM: 13+ allowed when accompanied by a parent/guardian; 18+ without a guardian.
Reservations & Minimums
- Karaoke groups must meet a two-item minimum per guest (any mix of food or drinks).
- Seating up to 30 guests. For exclusive use when your party is under 12, add a Privacy Upgrade (+$140) when available.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early; sessions begin on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session.
- Management may extend sessions only if time allows.
Reschedules & Tickets Paint & Sip
- Paint & Sip tickets are non-refundable.
- You may reschedule once within 90 days when you notify us before your session.
Food & Beverage
- No outside food or drinks in the lounge. We offer a full bar and food menu.
- BYO celebration cake is welcome with our cake service & cleanup fee (see add-ons).
Conduct & Safety
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
- No standing on furniture.
- Fighting or disruptive conduct may result in immediate dismissal of the guest or party without refund.
- Props, costumes, microphones, instruments, and equipment must remain on-site.
Property Damage & Fees
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of venue property, décor, or equipment.
- Replacement/repair costs plus reasonable labor will be charged to the booking party.
- Excessive mess (e.g., glitter, confetti, spills) may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Intentional damage or vandalism may result in immediate dismissal, a ban from future bookings, and potential legal action.
Other
- We are not responsible for lost or unattended items.
- Policies may be updated for holidays or special events; please confirm when booking.
